Materials:

  • Roll of 1-inch Gorilla Tape

  • Tube of PVC glue

  • 2 joining braces

  • 2 compression blocks

  • 2 Zip-ties

Align and Secure: Place both sections of the Slimline drain tray face down on a flat surface. Ensure they align perfectly along the edges. Apply six 6-inch pieces of Gorilla Tape longitudinally along the outside side and bottom edges of the joint to hold the sections together firmly. Use 2 strips per outside edge. Ensure the joint is tightly pressed together.

Flip the tray: Turn the tray over to reveal the inside.

Clean and Dry: Make sure the surfaces are clean and dry.

Apply pvc glue (Inside): Use the tube to spread a generous amount of glue inside the tray at the joint 1 inch from the seam and on the sides.

Apply pvc glue to joint pieces.

Place angle braces inside the tray.

Place retainer blocks.

Tightly secure zip-ties.

Add pvc glue to seams.

Allow 24 hours to cure.
